Over 330,000 viewers celebrated their Raya with Suria’s Sinar Lebaran 2009 (Raya Radiance 2009) which was telecast on the eve of Hari Raya, 19 September 2009 at 10pm and repeated on the following day at 10.30am. It garnered awe-inspiring ratings, which outperformed the past seasons of Sinar Lebaran since 2001.

It was telecast on RTM 1 on 1st Day of Hari Raya at 9pm and it was repeated on the following day.

This show mixes all the right ingredients to push the celebrative mood up a notch with a fanfare of glitzy production numbers and hilarious comic skits. Plugged as the variety special to watch, the stellar cast comprises of leading Singapore and Malaysian artistes.

Sinar Lebaran was again made available ‘LIVE’ via online streaming- made available at hariraya.mediacorptv.sg – due to popular demand by Malay/ Muslim viewers from all around the world as this allows them to feel closer to their family & friends in Singapore.

Sinar Lebaran 2009 will telecast its third run this Saturday, 27 September 2009 at 2pm on Suria.  Artistes from Singapore & Malaysia includes Hyrul Anuar, Syed Azmir, Ezad, Zul Yahya, Suhaimi Yusof, Ifa Raziah, Sarah Aqilah and more.
