The past 10 years have been a long eventful ride for them, and to mark this, an electrifying event is set to commemorate Suria’s anniversary.

More than 60 artistes will be part of ‘Suria Elektra’, including Singapore Idols Taufik Batisah and Hady Mirza. The newly crowned Sarah Aqilah will also be performing. In an effort to maintain a good ties with neighbouring countries, ‘Pianka’, from Indonesia, a female trio, famous for their hit, ‘Yang Besar Besar Saja’ is also present. The special treats come in the form of Anang Hermansyah and Dato Siti Nurhaliza.

Dato’ Siti Nurhaliza, who appeared in Suria’s inaugural launching back in 2000, will be making a ceremonious comeback. Najip Ali, another prominent face of Suria, will also be hosting tonight. Najip have been involved in various programmes for Suria throughout the years via his own production house, DuaM.

Backed with a full orchestra, performances also feature Hyrul Anuar, Maiya Rahman, Fauzie Laily, Fuad Rahman, and many more familiar faces.

Suria will also be launching their new logo together with its much anticipated programme lineup for the year! Tahniah Suria!

‘Suria Elektra’ will be telecast LIVE tonight from Mediacorp Theatre, at 8.30pm only on Suria Channel.  Prime Minister, Mr Lee Hsien Loong and Mrs Lee will be the Guests-of-Honour for the show.
